Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping & return policy.

Shipping

Domestic

All domestic orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Within Bali: Delivery time estimated 3~5 days from order. Same-day or next-day delivery available by Gojek (fees apply).

The Rest of Indonesia: Delivery time estimated 5~7 days from order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

International

International shipments are sent out within 7 working days and are subject to international shipping courier delivery times. International deliveries usually take between 10-14 days

Currently, our website supports shipping to the USA & Australia with orders over Rp.2000,000 (excl. shipping fee).

Orders under the amount will be automatically canceled with a refund.

International Express Shipping Fee 

The shipping fee is charged based on weight. Please find your shipping zone and pricing below. 

If you do not see your country in any of the zones, the shipping fee is subject to Zone 4 (everywhere else).

Zone 1

China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Canada, Mexico, United States, Australia, New Zealand.

Zone 2

Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom.

Zone 3

Israel, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Argentina, Brazil

Zone 4

Everywhere else.

Physical Product Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with your respective tracking number(s). It usually takes 24 hours for tracking numbers to activate.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are solely responsible for any custom and taxes which are applied to your order. Any kind of fees/charges imposed during or after shipping including tariffs, taxes, and so on get to be the customer’s responsibility only.

Damages

Sukime is not liable for any loss or product damage during shipping. If the damaged product is received, contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. You are expected to save the necessary packing materials and damaged goods before you file their claim.

Exchanges & Refunds

Products are non-refundable but can be exchanged 14 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Substandard merchandise or items without a valid receipt will NOT be accepted for an exchange. Items that are shrink-wrapped or in a sealed package must be unopened. 

Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee.

Exchanges 

We only exchange items if they are non-defective, unused, or damaged.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed and refunded as reward points to your account for your next purchase. It may take some time before the credit is officially posted. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit/coupon for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.

Exchange Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for exchanging item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of exchange shipping will be deducted from your reward points refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for the missing shipment of your returning items.
